摘　　要：目的探究心脏双瓣膜置换术患者采取康复护理对其早期康复产生的影响。方法对本院2017年4月~2018年4月选择心脏双瓣膜置换术医治的90例患者临床资料加以分析,按照不同护理方案分成两组,将行常规护理45例患者设为对照组,将在对照组基础上行康复护理45例患者设为观察组,对两组心功能、并发症和生活质量进行比对、分析。结果两组心功能Ⅱ、Ⅳ级所占比例对比均无显著差异(P> 0.05);观察组心功能Ⅰ级所占比例比对照组高,Ⅲ级所占比例比对照组低(P <0.05);观察组总并发症率比对照组低,且总体健康评分分比对照组高(P <0.05)。结论心脏双瓣膜置换术患者采取康复护理可改善其心功能,减少并发症发生和提高生活质量,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on early rehabilitation of patients undergoing cardiac double valve replacement. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients who underwent cardiac double valve replacement surgery from April 2017 to April 2018 were analyzed. They were divided into two groups according to different nursing plans. 45 patients with routine care were set as the control group. 45 patients with rehabilitation nursing were treated as observation group, and the heart function, complications and quality of life were compared and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the proportion of heart function II and IV between the two groups (P > 0.05). The proportion of heart function grade I in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of grade III was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the overall health score was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for patients with cardiac double valve replacement can improve their heart function, reduce complications and improve quality of life. It is worthy of clinical application.
