摘 要:为解决雷达装备保障性评估过程中的定量描述与定性概念转换的问题,首先从综合、设计和资源等三个方面,建立了雷达装备保障性评估指标体系;然后运用云理论将评估指标集转换为评估云模型,将专家打分的结果通过逆向云发生器生成云模型的数字特征,利用正向云发生器生成雷达装备保障性综合评估云滴图;最后改进了属性层次模型(AHM)赋权法,设计了基于改进AHM的雷达装备保障性云评估模型.实例分析表明,该方法能科学、有效地评估雷达装备的保障性等级.In order to solve the problem of the quantitative description and qualitative concept conversion in the process of radar equipment supportability evaluation, this paper firstly establishes the evaluation index system of radar equipment supportability from the three aspects of synthesis, design and resources. Then the paper utilizes cloud theory to transform the evaluation index set into evaluation cloud model, with the expert scoring results changed into digital features of the cloud model via the reverse cloud generator, and the forward cloud generator used to produce the cloud drop diagram of comprehensive evaluation on radar equipment supportability. Finally, the attribute hierarchy model (AHM) is improved, and the model of radar equipment supportability cloud evaluation based on the improved AHM is designed. Example analyses show that the proposed method can evaluate the supportability level of radar equipment scientifically and effectively.
