摘  要:为满足某型全固态发射机系统驱动级输出功率的要求,提出了一种前置放大模块,给出了该模块功放链路中阻抗匹配电路的设计.该前置放大模块由2级放大电路组成,采用不定长度微带线直接匹配法对功率晶体管进行阻抗匹配.最后利用ADS软件进行了仿真.仿真分析表明,在达到要求的驱动级输出功率的条件下,驻波比小于1.25,衰减度小于0.17dB;且随着频率升高,失配衰减呈减小趋势,满足设计要求.仿真结果验证了该设计方案的可行性.In order to meet the requirements of drive stage output power of a certain type of all-solid state transmitter system, this paper proposes a preamplifier module, and presents the design of impedance matching circuit in the power amplifier link. The preamplifier module consists of a two-stage amplifier circuit, and impedance matching of power transistor is realized by use of indefinite length micro-strip line direct matching method. Finally, the simulation is performed by ADS software. The simulation results show that under the premise of achieving the required power output of the drive stage, standing wave ratio is less than 1.25 and attenuation less than 0.17 dB, and that as the frequency increases the mismatch attenuation decreases, meeting the requirements of the index, thus verifying the feasibility of the design.
