摘 要:采用活化法制备出了辣椒秸秆基生物质活性炭(AC),研究了不同制备条件下AC的结构和理化性能,并确定了AC的最佳制备条件.结果表明,以草酸钾(K2C2O4)为活化剂制备的AC性能最佳,其最优工艺条件为:浸渍比1.5∶1、浸渍时间18h、活化温度850℃、活化时间120min.在该条件下制得的AC的BET比表面积为1637.79m^2/g、炭得率为20.97%、微孔比表面积为956.21m^2/g、总孔容为1.06cm^3/g、微孔孔容为0.64cm^3/g、平均孔径为2.65nm,且含有大量的大孔和微孔结构及OH、C=O、C=C、-COOH等亲水性官能团,AC呈现出良好的吸附性能,这为废弃辣椒秸秆的资源化利用及电极吸附材料的制备提供了理论参考.Biomass activated carbon (AC) of pepper straw was prepared by activation method.The structure and physicochemical properties of AC under different preparation conditions were studied,and the optimal preparation conditions of AC was determined.The results show that the performance of AC is best when the activator is potassium oxalate (K 2C 2O 4).The optimum conditions for the preparation of AC by K 2C 2O 4 activation method are impregnation ratio of 1.5∶1,immersion time of 18 h,activation temperature of 850 ℃,activation time of 120 min .Under this condition,The BET specific surface area of AC is 1 637.79 m ^2/g,and the carbon yield is 20.97%.The specific pore surface area is 956.21 m ^2/g,the total pore volume is 1.06 cm ^3/g,the micropore volume is 0.64 cm 3/g,and the average pore diameter is 2.65 nm.Containing a large number of macroporous and microporous structures and hydrophilic functional groups such as OH、 C=O、 C=C、-COOH.AC exhibits good adsorption performance,which provides a theoretical reference for the resource utilization of waste pepper straw and the preparation of electrode adsorption materials.
