摘  要:《国家职业教育改革实施方案》(国发[2019]4号)提出:促进产教融合校企“双元”育人,坚持知行合一、工学结合。深刻体会到职业教育办学应该始终坚持“三合”:产业和教育融合,学校和企业合作,工作和学习结合。观照高职院校人才培养现况,依然存在企业主体作用缺位、专业教育与双创实践“两张皮”问题。为此,提出“产学研合作、双主体育人、专创一体”的高职人才培养理念,创建企业主导的产业学院,构建双主体办学机制,推进现代学徒制人才培养,促进专创一体的课程建设,搭建“双元”育人平台。In terms of the Project of National Vocational Education Reform, it is necessary to promote the school education with enterprise which makes the school and company to be united. Besides, the occupational education should integrate learning with practice, combining working with studying as well. Therefore, vocational education should always persist in the integration of industry and education, the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, the combination from study to work. According to the current situation for training talents in higher vocational colleges, there are still problems of lacking the leading role of corporate which leads the separation among professional education, innovation and entrepreneurship. Hence, the concept of producing, studying and researching are put forward, to set up a business-led industrial college, build a dual-subsidiary school-running mechanism, promote the curriculum construction of industrial college, and become an educational platform between colleges and enterprises.
