摘 要:慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)已经成为全球性的健康问题。CKD患者几乎都存在着不同程度的钙磷代谢紊乱、贫血等问题,对患者生活质量和预后造成严重影响。成纤维生长因子(fibroblast growth factor 23,FGF23)是近年来的研究热点,其在骨矿物质代谢、贫血等方面发挥重要调节作用。FGF23可通过多种途径调节血磷,血清FGF23浓度与贫血存在相关性。Chronic kidney disease (CKD) has become a global health problem. CKD patients almost all have different levels of calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders, anemia and other issues, which have a serious impact on patients' quality of life and prognosis. Fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23) is a research hotspot in recent years, which plays an important regulatory role in bone mineral metabolism and anemia. FGF23 can regulate blood phosphorus in a variety of ways, and serum FGF23 concentration is associated with anemia.
