摘  要:[目的/意义]从降低群体知识协作成本的视角出发提出链网式组织模式,在链网式下探究网络拓扑、网络规模、知识分享博弈对群体知识协作的影响。[方法/过程]从社会网络视角分析现有的创新组织模式,提出链网式组织形式。其次,采用多智能体建模仿真的方法从微观层面对知识型团队的知识协作过程进行模拟。最后,对不同影响因素设置实验,探究影响群体知识协作的机制。[结果/结论]网络类型对群集的知识协作绩效影响显著,最优匹配的不确定性明显降低团队知识协作的绩效。[Purpose/Significance]In order to reduce the cost of group knowledge collaboration,we proposed a linked network organizational model and explored the impact of network topology,network size and knowledge sharing game on group knowledge collaboration under the new organizational model.[Method/Process]We analyzed the existing mode of innovation organization from the viewpoint of social network and propose a new form of network,linked network.Secondly,the method of multi-agent modeling and simulation was used to simulate the knowledge collaboration process of knowledge-based teams at the micro level.Finally,we set up experiments on different influencing factors to explore the mechanisms that affect the knowledge collaboration among groups.[Result/Conclusion]We found that the type of network had a significant impact on the performance of group knowledge collaboration,and uncertainty of optimal matching significantly reduced the performance of group knowledge collaboration.
