摘  要:通过对聚丙烯(PP)医药瓶盖件注塑工艺分析,针对在狭小模具型腔应用热喷嘴高压注塑的要求,阐述了延伸式热喷嘴结构设计及优化过程,研究了4种热嘴尖结构方案并进行注塑工艺参数的调试。实际生产表明,优化的热喷嘴采用近距封胶的延伸式直通弧形热嘴尖,解决了安放热喷嘴空间受限和注塑成型问题,成型顺畅,效率提高,产品质量更优。Based on analysis of molding the polypropylene(PP) medical bottle cap, to achieve aims that nozzle can be used for narrow cavity with high-pressure injection, the structure optimization design of an extending nozzle is described in this article. Four different tip-plans are designed and put to a contrast injection molding test. As the production test proves, the optimized extending nozzle with flow-through art-tip and close sealing-melt positon can solve the difficulty of placing the nozzle without enough space and the problem of injection molding. In addition, the products can be produced smoothly and efficiently with better quality.
