摘　　要：文章针对党中央提出的完善公共决策咨询制度的倡议,运用理论研究方法,通过追溯我国传统智库发展历史,在总结传统智囊发展经验与启示的基础上,分析了我国新型智库建设的实践探索和基本态势,提出了相应的对策建议,以期为新型智库建设提供决策参考。In view of the proposal to improve the public decision-making consultation system proposed by the Party Central Committee,by using the theoretical research method,the paper traces the history of the traditional think tank in China,and summarizes the experience and enlightenment of the development of the traditional think tank.Then,the paper analyzes the practice and status of the construction of the new think tank in China,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide a decision-making reference for the construction of a new type of think tank.
