提高有机硫加氢催化剂转化性能的研究

摘  要:针对目前工业上采用焦化气制备甲醇过程中原料气中硫含量较高的问题,采用等量浸渍法,以氧化铝为载体,氧化钼为主活性组分,Y2和Y3为助剂制备了有机硫加氢催化剂。考察了不同质量分数活性组分催化剂的加氢活性,得到主活性组分氧化钼的最佳质量分数为13.90%,助剂Y2的最佳质量分数为2.49%,Y3最佳质量分数为0.63%。在最佳条件下制备的有机硫加氢催化剂的有机硫脱除效果较好,其中2,3-二甲基-2-丁烯转化率达到88.97%,噻吩转化率达到50.67%,与现有T202A催化剂相比,2,3-二甲基-2-丁烯转化率提高了7.15%,噻吩转化率提高了9.41%。Aiming at the problem of high sulfur content in feed gas in the process of preparing methanol from coking gas in industry,organic sulfur hydrogenation catalysts are prepared by equal impregnation method,using alumina as carrier,molybdenum oxide as main active component,Y 2 and Y 3 as promoters.The hydrogenation activity of catalysts with different mass fractions of active components is investigated.The optimum mass fraction of molybdenum oxide as the main active component is 13.90%,the optimum mass fraction of Y 2 is 2.49%,and the optimum mass fraction of Y 3 is 0.63%.The organic sulfur removal efficiency of the catalyst prepared under the optimized conditions for organic sulfur hydrogenation is better.The conversion of 2,3-dimethyl-2-butylene can reach 88.97%,the conversion of thiophene can reach 50.67%.Compared with the existing catalyst T202A,the conversion of 2,3-dimethyl-2-butylene and thiophene increased by 7.15%and 9.41%,respectively.
