摘　　要：目的研究慢性心力衰竭患者外周血线粒体转录因子A(TFAM)表达,探讨其临床价值。方法连续纳入2017年8月至2018年8月于承德医学院附属医院心脏内科住院的慢性心力衰竭患者63例作为心衰组,根据患者既往是否患有冠心病史,分为缺血性心衰组33例、非缺血性心衰组30例。并以同期住院的心功能正常患者94例作为对照组,收集患者外周血标本,建立基线数据库,采用实时荧光定量PCR(RT-PCR)方法检测外周血中TFAM mRNA的表达。结果心衰组与对照组相比外周血中TFAM mRNA表达较低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者外周血中TFAM表达降低。Objective To investigate the expression of mitochondrial transcription factor A(TFAM)in peripheral blood of patients with chronic heart failure and to explore its clinical value. Methods 63 patients with chronic heart failure hospitalized were selected as the heart failure group,between August 2017 to August 2018,at department of cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College. According to the history of coronary heart disease,the patients were divided into ischemic heart failure group(33 patients)and non-ischemic heart failure group(30 patients). 94 patients with normal cardiac function were selected as control group. Peripheral blood samples were collected from patients. The baseline database was established and the expression of TFAM mRNA in peripheral blood was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-PCR). Results The expression of TFAM mRNA in peripheral blood of heart failure group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The mRNA expression levels of TFAM in peripheral blood were decreased in patients with chronic heart failure.
