摘 要:用聚乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(PEGDMA)改性聚乙烯-乙烯醇磺酸锂(EVOH-SO3Li),采用高压静电纺丝技术纺成相互交错结构的纤维隔膜。对制备的隔膜分别进行化学结构、微观形貌、吸液率和孔隙率、胀缩率、机械性能和热性能(TG和DSC)的测试和分析。结果表明:EVOHSO3Li/PEGDMA复合隔膜材料的纤维丝光滑、粗细均匀、无珠体结构;与EVOH-SO3Li隔膜材料相比,在EVOH-SO3Li/PEGDMA质量比为100/40时复合隔膜的综合性能最佳,孔隙率和吸液率分别为60%和258%,复合隔膜材料的胀缩率和拉伸强度都有所提高,分别为1.42和5.2 MPa;加入PEGDMA改性后的隔膜的热分解性能基本不变,起始热分解温度为270℃。Interchangeable structure of the fibrous separator was formed by lithium ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer sulfate(EVOH-SO 3Li)modified polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate(PEGDMA)using high-voltage electrostatic spinning technology.The mechanical properties,microstructure,absorbency and porosity,shrinkage rate,mechanical properties and thermal properties(TG and DSC)were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the fiber of EVOH-SO 3Li/PEGDMA separator composite was smooth with uniform thickness and non-bead structure.Compared with the EVOH-SO 3Li separator,the separator composite with the EVOH-SO 3Li/PEGDMA mass ratio of 100/40 has the best overall performance with the porosity and liquid absorption of 60%and 258%respectively.The shrinkage and tensile strength of the separator composite has increased-1.42 and 5.2 MPa respectively.The thermal decomposition performance of the modified PEGDMA separator was almost unchanged,and the initial thermal decomposition temperature was 270℃.
