摘　　要：该文从保鲜膜自发气调、气调包装、化学保鲜剂和生物保鲜剂等方面综述了保鲜膜包装与常用保鲜剂在草莓贮藏中研究与应用进展状况,提出了保鲜膜包装+常用保鲜剂综合研究新思路。In this paper,the self-controlled atmosphere,atmosphere-adjusted packaging of fresh-keeping film was introduced,and the application of preservative film in strawberry storage was reviewed.The progress in research and application of preservative film packaging and common preservative in strawberry storage was reviewed in this paper.A new idea of comprehensive research on common preservative in preservative film packaging was put forward.
