床边胸片在重症ICU患者疾病诊断中的护理分析

摘　　要：目的:探索床边胸片在重症ICU患者疾病诊断中的护理方法。方法:本次实验对象为重症ICU120例患者(在2017年3月11日至2018年3月11日期间选取),采用计算机分组模式,两组患者均进行床边胸片检查,随后观察组进行全面性护理干预,有60例,对照组进行常规护理,有60例。结果:观察组患者检查时间(5.85±2.43)min短于对照组,不良反应发生率(3.33%),低于对照组,依从性(100.00%)、对服务质量满意度(96.67%)、对服务态度满意度(98.33%),高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对重症ICU患者实施床边胸片检查,能够及时发现病情,配合护理干预,方可降低不良反应发生率。Objective: The nursing of bedside chest radiograph in the diagnosis of severe ICU patients. Methods: 120 patients with severe ICU(from March 11, 2017 to March 11, 2018) used a computerized grouping model. The observation group had comprehensive nursing interventions. There were 60 patients in the observation group and 60 in the control group. Results: In the observation group, the examination time was (5.85±2.43) min shorter than that of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions(3.33%) was lower than that of the control group. Compliance(100.00%), satisfaction with service quality(96.67%), and the degree of satisfaction with service attitude(98.33%) was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The examination of bedside chest radiograph in patients with severe ICU can find the condition, cooperate with nursing and reduce adverse reactions.
