摘　　要：目的:分析乳腺钼靶联合MRI检查对老年乳腺癌诊断符合率的影响。方法:随机抽取我院2017年1月-2018年11月期间收治的60例疑似为老年乳腺癌患者,对患者采取乳腺钼靶联合核磁共振成像(MRI)检查及MRI检查,并与手术病理作为标准,比较两种检查方法诊断结果。结果:MRI诊断符合率80.00%,乳腺钼靶联合MRI诊断符合率95.00%,有统计学意义(P<0.05);乳腺钼靶联合MRI诊断灵敏度96.30%,特异性93.94%;MRI诊断灵敏度61.54%,特异性82.35%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺钼靶联合MRI检查可提高老年乳腺癌诊断符合率,具较高的诊断灵敏度及特异性,应用价值高。Objective: To analyze the effect of mammography combined with MRI on the diagnostic coincidence rate of senile breast cancer. Methods: 60 patients with suspected senile breast cancer from January 2017 to November 2018 were randomly selected. Mammography combined with MRI and MRI were used as the standard of operation and pathology. The diagnostic results of the two methods were compared. Results: The diagnostic coincidence rate of MRI was 80.00%, the diagnostic coincidence rate of mammography combined with MRI was 95.00%, there was statistical significance(P<0.05);the sensitivity of mammography combined with MRI was 96.30% and the specificity was 93.94%;the sensitivity of MRI was 61.54% and the specificity was 82.35%, there was statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: Mammography combined with MRI can improve the diagnostic coincidence rate of senile breast cancer and has high diagnostic sensitivity and specificity, has high application value.
