摘　　要：采用SWOT分析法对山东省社会办医疗机构发展现状进行分析,发现目前山东省社会办医疗机构的优势条件为社会办医疗机构数量较大,并且机构数量与卫生技术人员数量都处于增长趋势;劣势表现为机构规模普遍较小,服务能力较弱,地区发展差异较大;政策支持、经济发展水平提高以及社会需求的不断扩大是山东省社会办医疗机构发展的机会;同时,在社会办医疗机构的政策执行、监管等方面的欠缺也是山东省社会办医疗机构发展存在的威胁。建议引导社会办医疗机构向高水平、上规模发展,向养老业等资源紧缺型领域发展,因地制宜,促进各地市相对均衡拓展;加强监管力度,以信息化为载体,提升政策执行能力。SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the development status of social-run medical institutions in Shandong Province.The advantageous conditions of social-run medical institutions in Shandong Province are that the number of medical institutions is large,both number of medical institutions and health technicians are in growth trend.The disadvantages are that the scale of institution is general small,service ability is weak and the difference of regional development is large.The continuously extend of policy support,increasing of economic development level and social need is the opportunity of the developing of social-run medical institutions in Shandong Province.Meanwhile,shortcomimg of policy implementation and supervise are threaten of the developing of social-run medical institutions in Shandong Province.It suggests that guide the development of social-run medical institutions toward high level,on the scale and resource shortage field like the aged nursing industry.Adjust measures to local conditions,promote relative equilibrium development in various region.Strengthen supervision dynamics,promote policy implementation ability based on informatization.
