摘　　要：通过对上海市外籍人士的人口特征和涉外医疗服务的现况分析,总结了上海市涉外医疗发展中面临的合作形式相对单一、专业化水平尚未充分满足涉外医疗服务的需求、服务领域相对局限以及相对分散等问题,提出拓展涉外医疗的合作形式与服务领域、探索完善的涉外医疗服务体系以及营造涉外医疗发展的良好环境等政策建议。Through the analysis of the demographic characteristics of foreigners in Shanghai and current situation of foreign-related medical services,we summarized the problems faced by Shanghai s foreign-related medical development,such as relatively single form of cooperation,insufficient level of specialization to meet the needs of foreign-related medical services,relative limitations and decentralization of service field.As a result,we proposed to expand cooperation forms and service field of foreign-related medical services,explored and perfected foreign-related medical service system,and create good environment for foreign-related medical development.
