复方南珠灵芝粉对免疫低下小鼠免疫调节作用的研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察复方南珠灵芝粉对免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。[方法]建立小鼠的免疫低下动物模型,给予复方南珠灵芝粉高、中及低剂量(2.0 g/kg、1.0 g/kg和0.50 g/kg)灌胃30 d,分别观察高、中、低剂量对免疫功能低下模型小鼠碳末廓清指数、外周血T淋巴细胞相对数量和血清溶血素的影响。[结果]复方南珠灵芝粉高剂量能显著提高免疫低下小鼠碳末廓清指数(P<0.05);复方南珠灵芝粉高、中、低剂量能显著提高免疫低下小鼠T淋巴细胞相对数量(P<0.01);复方南珠灵芝粉高、中剂量能显著提高免疫低下小鼠的血清溶血素(P<0.01)。[结论]复方南珠灵芝粉对免疫功能低下小鼠的非特异性免疫、细胞免疫和体液免疫功能均有增强作用。[Objective]To observe the adjustment effect of CHGP on immunological function of immunosuppressive mice.[Methods]Immunosuppressive mice induced by cyclophosphamide were treated with CHGP of high,medium and low dose(2.0 g/kg, 1.0 g/kg and 0.5 g/kg)by intragastric administration for 30 days. After the treatment, the carbon particle clearance index, the relative number of peripheral blood T lymphocyte and the content of serum hemolysinof immunosuppressive mice were tested.[Results]The CHGP of high dose improved the carbon particle clearance indexof immunosuppressive mice(P<0.05), the CHGP of high, medium and low dose increased significantly the relative number of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood of immunosuppressive mice(P<0.01),the CHGP of high dose and medium dose improved significantly the serum hemolysin of immunosuppressive mice(P<0.01).[Conclusion]The CHGP has enhancement effect on the nonspecific immunity function, cellular immunity function and humoral immunity function of immunosuppressive mice.
