摘  要:采用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混制备丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物/聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯/聚碳酸酯(ABS/PBT/PC)三元合金,研究了不同质量分数的PBT、PC对三元合金的耐刹车油腐蚀性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:PBT可以有效改善ABS/PBT/PC合金的耐刹车油性能;PC能提高合金的缺口冲击强度,使材料表现出更优异的韧性;酯交换抑制剂的加入,稳定了三元合金体系,使材料拥有更稳定的低温抗冲击性能。Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer/ polybutylene terephthalate/ polycarbonate (ABS/PBT/PC)ternary alloy was prepared using a twin-screw extruder. The environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) and mechanical properties were studied with different PBT and PC content. The results showed that alloying with PBT improved the brake fluid resistance of the ABS/PBT/PC alloy, while PC contributed to the high impact strength, exhibiting better ductility. Transesterification inhibitor helped stabilize the ternary alloy system, thus a more stable low temperature impact toughness was obtained.
