摘 要:为了消除某±500 kV换流站因阀片损坏且接地极线路遭受雷击引起的直流双极闭锁故障,阐述了直流闭锁故障现场设备检查、雷电定位系统信息、相关录波和继电保护动作情况,分析了直流双极闭锁的故障原因,提出了开展批次性缺陷阀片更换、完善换流阀片定期检查、优化换流站接地极线路不平衡保护(60EL)逻辑等措施。分析结果表明,该直流系统阀片设备存在批次性缺陷,换流站保护逻辑配合方式不合理,采取相应的优化措施,能够消除特殊情况下雷击接地极线路导致直流双极闭锁隐患,保障了直流系统安全稳定运行。In order to eliminate the DC bipolar blocking fault caused by valve plate damage and lightning strike on grounding pole line in a ±500 kV converter station, the on-site equipment inspection of DC blocking fault, lightning location system information, relevant recording and relay protection operation are described, the fault causes of DC bipolar blocking are analyzed, and some measures are put forward, such as replacing defective valve plates in batches, improving periodic check of converter valve plates, optimizing the unbalance protection (60EL) logic of grounding pole line in converter station, etc. The results show that the coordination of DC system storage and protection is unreasonable. The analysis results show that there are batch defects in the valve plate equipment of the DC system, and the protection logic coordination mode of the converter station is unreasonable. The corresponding optimization measures can eliminate the hidden danger of DC bipolar blocking caused by lightning strike on grounding pole line under special circumstances, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the DC system.
