北京市某社区站老年人健康体检分析

摘　　要：目的为三里河一区卫生站的268例老年人进行体检,对健康情况进行分析。方法采用整群抽样的方法对2018年7月1日至2018年9月30日在三里河一区卫生站进行体检的268例老年人进行调查。结果268例老年人中,心率失常检出率为48.89%,超重/肥胖检出率为46.64%,血压增高检出率为41.79%,血脂异常26.87%,空腹血糖增高24.25%。等待时间、接诊过程、体检内容是影响老年人健康体检满意度的因素。结论三里河一区的老年人中有多项检查指标异常,应针对老年人的超重/肥胖、血压增高、血脂异常及血糖增高等问题进行及时指导。在老年体检过程方面应有针对性地完善体检流程及内容。Objective To analyse the health status of 268 aged people by reviewing their health checkups at the community stations.Methods Reviewing covered 268 aged people from 1 July 2018 to 30 September 2018 using group sampling.Results Among 268 aged people,the detection rate of arrhythmias was 48.89%,overweight/obesity rate was 47.01%,hypertension detection rate was 41.79%,rate of hyperlipidemia was 26,87%,high fasting blood sugar rate was 24.25%.Waiting time,receiving process and content of physical examination were factors influencing the satisfaction of health examination of the elderly.Conclusions In that district,there are several abnormal indexes been detected among the aged people,guidance should be given for those problems as arrhythmias,overweight/obesity,elevated blood pressure,abnormal blood lipids and elevated blood sugar.In the process of physical examination for the elderly,we should improve the process and contents of physical examination.
