就地城镇化对农村妇女的影响路径与现实困境——以陕西关中地区C村为例

摘　　要：就地城镇化是目前中国各地区统筹城乡发展、推进城镇化进程的新型城镇化模式之一,它的推行与农村妇女的发展紧密相关。通过考察陕西省关中地区C村推行就地城镇化的实践过程,基于社会性别视角分析就地城镇化对农村妇女的影响路径与现实困境,发现就地城镇化从职业角色、资本获取渠道、生产生活方式等方面对农村妇女产生了积极影响。但是,由于地方政府对就地城镇化本质的把握不够准确,并且在推行就地城镇化的过程中缺乏社会性别意识,从而使一些农村妇女面临重重压力和困难。因此,在推行就地城镇化过程中应将社会性别意识纳入决策主流,充分发挥农村妇女参与就地城镇化的积极性,为推动就地城镇化和乡村振兴增加原动力。Local urbanization is one of the new urbanization models in China’s urban areas to coordinate urban and rural development and promote urbanization.Its implementation is closely related to the development of rural women. This paper takes the practice process of local urbanization in C village of Middle of Shaanxi Province as an example, and analyzes the influence path and realistic predicament of local urbanization on rural women from a gender perspective.It is believed that local urbanization has an impact on rural women in terms of professional roles, capital acquisition channels, production mode and lifestyle.However, local governments are not accurate enough to grasp the nature of local urbanization.The lack of gender awareness in the process has put rural women under heavy pressure. Therefore, in the process of promoting local urbanization, gender awareness should be mainstreamed into decision-making, fully motivating rural women to participate in local urbanization, and increase the source of power for promoting local urbanization and rural revitalization.
