摘　　要：介绍了港珠澳大桥预制墩台模板关键技术,该技术达到了预制构件的高质量和高标准要求,有利于保证桥梁施工的工厂化和装配化。模板结合墩台结构特点,采用现代设备进行铣边、铣面等机加工处理手段,通过结构、定位及组装的设计优化,实现了高精度、大刚度要求和装配式、通用性功能,可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。The key technology of precast pier formwork for Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge was introduces in this paper. This technology meets the requirements of high quality and high standards of the precast pier, it is conducive to ensuring the factorization and the assembly of bridge construction. Combining the structural characteristics of piers, the formwork adopts modern equipment for machining processing methods such as edge milling and surface milling, through the design optimization of structure, positioning and assembly, it achieves the requirements of high-precision, high-stiffness and the assembly type and universal fuction, which can be used for reference by other similar projects.
