慢性乙肝患者外周血HMGB1、IL-17与HBV-DNA相关性分析

摘　　要：目的了解在慢性乙肝患者中HMGB1、IL-17表达水平与HBV-DNA载量相关性。方法 2016年6月~2017年1月期间随机从临床选取126例慢性乙型肝炎患者,分别通过实时荧光PCR仪和酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定HBV-DNA、HMGB1、IL-17水平。结果 HBV-DNA检测,56例<1.0E+3IU/ml,53例≥1.0E+3IU/ml且<1.0E+7IU/ml,17例≥1.0E+7IU/ml;HMGB1水平(0.89±2.11)ng/ml;IL-17水平(2.44±7.75)ng/L;HMGB1与IL-17之间相关系数0.889,P<0.05;HMGB1与HBV-DNA之间相关系数0.093,P>0.05。结论 HMGB1与IL-17之间有相关性,HMGB1与HBVDNA之间无相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation of the expression levels of HMGB1 and IL-17 in chronic hepatitis B patients and HBV-DNA load. Methods 126 cases of chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly selected from Jun 2016 to Jan 2017. Detected HBV-DNA, HMGB1, IL-17 level by real-time fluorescence PCR instrument and enzyme-linked immunosorbent(ELISA)method. Results HBV-DNA detection showed that 56 cases <1.0 E+3 IU/ml, 53 cases ≥1.0 E+3 IU/ml and <1.0 E+7 IU/ml, 17 cases ≥1.0 E+7 IU/ml. HMGB1 level was(0.89±2.11)ng/ml, IL-17 level was(2.44±7.75)ng/L. The correlation coefficient between HMGB-1 and IL-17 was 0.889, P<0.05. Correlation coefficient between HMGB1 and HBV-DNA was 0.093, P>0.05. Conclusion HMGB1 has a good correlation with IL-17, while HMGB1 has no correlation with HBV-DNA.
