舒适护理在呼吸机辅助通气患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在呼吸机辅助通气患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2016年9月至2018年10月在我院行呼吸机辅助通气的患儿40例为研究对象,将其按不同的护理方案分为研究组与参照组,各20例。参照组患儿给予常规护理,研究组患儿给予常规护理+舒适护理。观察两组患儿的护理前、后的舒适度评分、撤机时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果护理后,两组患儿舒适度评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿撤机时间及住院时间均短于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿并发症总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能够在患儿使用呼吸机辅助通气的过程中提高患儿舒适度,缩短患儿通气时间及住院时间,降低并发症发生率,在临床上具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in children with ventilator-assisted ventilation. Methods A total of 40 children with ventilator-assisted ventilation in our hospital from September 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into study group and reference group according to the different nursing schemes, with 20 cases in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given routine nursing+comfortable nursing. The comfort score before and after nursing, weaning time, hospitalization time and complications of the two groups were observed. Results After nursing, the comfort scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and that of the study group was higher than the reference group (P<0.05). The time of weaning and hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfort nursing can improve children's comfort, shorten their ventilation time and hospitalization time, and reduce the incidence of complications in the process of using ventilator-assisted ventilation. It has high clinical application value.
