救必应化学成分及其心血管药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：救必应是一味取自铁冬青树皮的传统中药,现已分离出十多种提取物,具有抗.肿瘤、抗细菌、抗炎等多种药理作用.研究发现,对心血管系统,救必应及其提取物具有抗心律失常、缓解心肌缺血、降低血管压力、抑制心肌细胞凋亡、抑制氧化应激等作用.本文对救必应的化学成分、心血管药理作用及其机制进行综述,为救必应治疗心血管疾病的临床应用提供参考.Ilex rotunda Thunb is a traditional Chinese medicine which is taken from the bark of Ilex rotunda Thunb.More than ten kinds of extracts have been isolated.They have many pharmacological effects such as anti-tumoi;anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and liver protection.lt is found that in the cardiovascular systemjlex rotunda Thunb and its extracts could inhibit oxidative stress, reduce vascular pressure, inhibit cardiomyocyte apoptosis, relieve myocardial ischemia, and resist arrhythmia. This article reviews the chemical composition, cardiovascular pharmacological effects and mechanisms of Ilex rotunda Thunb, which lays a foundation of its clinical application.
