三种脊柱内固定器械治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折并截瘫的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探究AF系统、Dick's钉内固定系统、抗旋转复位内固定器治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折并截瘫的临床疗效.方法:回顾性分析我院收治的40例胸腰段脊柱骨折并截瘫患者的病历资料,根据患者治疗方式的不同A、B、C三分组.A组采用AF系统内固定治疗,B组采用Dick's钉内固定系统治疗,C组采用抗旋转复位内固定器治疗.结果:治疗后C组椎体前缘高度、后缘高度均高于A组、B组,Cobb角C组低于A组、B组.治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并发症对比,A组发生率20%,B组发生率20%、C组发生率5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:抗旋转复位内固定器用于胸腰段脊柱骨折并截瘫的治疗效果优于AF系统、Dick's钉内固定系统,值得推广应用.Objective To explore the clinical effects of AF system,Dick's nail internal fixation system and anti-rotation reduction internal fixator on thoracolumbar spine fracture complicated with paraplegia.Methods The data of 40 patients with thoracolumbar spinal fracture and paraplegia admitted to our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results There was a statistically significant difference in the treatment effect (P < 0.05), and in the complication comparison,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of 20% in group A,20% in group B,and 5% in group C (P > 0.05).Conclusion Anti-rotation reduction and internal fixator is superior to AF system and Dick's nail system in the treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture and paraplegia.lt is worth popularizing and applying.
