摘　　要：目的:探讨甲型H1N1流感病毒性肺炎患者的胸部影像学特点.方法:分析2019年1月-2月宁夏医科大学总医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的20例确诊为甲型H1N1流感病毒性肺炎患者的胸部CT影像学特点.结果:甲型H1N1流感病毒性肺炎主要表现为以双肺多发斑片渗出性病变为主,且大部分病例呈磨玻璃样渗出.同时以下肺及胸膜下分布为主,部分病变沿支气管血管束分布.结论:甲型H1N1流感病毒性肺炎的诊断为综合性诊断,但掌握其胸部影像学特点,在其症状表现尚不典型、确诊检查尚未回报时,可早期识别甲型H1N1流感病毒感染,尽早进行抗病毒治疗,可以帮助患者贏得治疗时机,以缩短治疗周期,减少重症病例的发生。Objective To investigate the chest imaging characteristics of 20 cases of influenza A (H1N1) virus pneumonia diagnosed in our hospital from January to February,2019.MethodsThe chest CT features of 20 patients diagnosed with viral pneumonia caused by influenza A (H1N1) were analyzed retrospectively from January to Februaiy 2019 in the department of respiratory and critical care medicine in General Hospital ofNingxia Medical University Conclusions The main manifestations of viral pneumonia caused by influenza A (H1N1) were multiple plaques and exudative lesions in both lungs,and ground-glass opacity effusion was seen in the majority of cases.The lesions were mainly distributed in the lower lung and subpleural area and some were distributed along the bronchial vascular bundles.
