摘　　要：随着我市经济的发展,经济体制转型,给城区预防接种提出了更高的要求.新修订的《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》以及《疫苗流通和预防接种管理条例》的实施,城区预防接种工作久面临着诸多问题.对预防接种工作中人员配备较少,业务水平不离接种责任区域划分不清;疫苗原因影响接种管理;接种单位设置不合理、门诊建设有待加强;流动儿童管理难度较大等多个角度对城区预防接种工作进行系统分析。With the development of our city's economy and the transformation of economic system,higher requirements have been put forward for vaccination in urban areas.With the implementation of the newly revised Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and the Regulations on the Administration of Vaccine Circulation and Vaccination,vaccination work in urban areas is facing many problems.The vaccination work is less staffed and the professional level is not high;the area of vaccination responsibility is not clearly divided;vaccine causes affect vaccination management;the establishment of vaccination units is unreasonable and the construction of outpatient clinics needs to be strengthened;this paper systematically analyzed the vaccination work in urban areas from many angles,such as the difficulty of management of migrant children.
