摘  要:将堇青石掺入到Bi2O3-B2O3-ZnO系封接玻璃中,制成复合封接焊料,通过十字交叉法测试不同烧结温度下平板玻璃封接的粘结拉伸强度,研究堇青石掺量、烧结温度对粘结拉伸强度、封接层厚度的影响。结果表明:在410~450℃时,9%~15%堇青石掺量能明显提高粘结拉伸强度,其中12%堇青石在410℃时的强度提高28%,达到1.21 MPa。堇青石掺量6%~15%时,在410~450℃烧结温度范围,粘结拉伸强度随烧结温度变化小,有利于封接工艺的控制。封接层厚度随堇青石掺量的增加而增大,未发现与强度存在直接关联关系。The cordierite was mixed into Bi 2O 3-B 2O 3-ZnO sealing glass to make composite sealing solder. The tensile bonding strength of flat glass under different sintering temperatures was tested by cross method,and the influence of the amount of cordierite and the sintering temperature on the tensile bonding strength and the thickness of the sealing layer were investigated.The results show that the tensile strength of cordierite can be significantly improved at 410~450 ℃,and the strength of 12% cordierite at 410 ℃ is increased by 28% to 1.21 MPa.When the cordierite amount is between 6% and 15%,the tensile bonding strength changes little with the sintering temperature in the range of 410 ℃ to 450 ℃,which is conducive to the control of the sealing process.The thickness of the sealing layer increases with the increase of cordierite content,and is not found to be directly related to the strength.
