摘 要:中芯国际12inSN1和SN2厂房建设项目钢结构工程屋架为大跨度空间结构,根据其自身特点,对钢结构工程的地面拼装、吊装、高空拼接工艺进行研究。论文从桁架的分段、吊装机械的选用、吊点的合理设计、胎架钢凳的设计与布置、桁架脱胎及短驳、高空拼接顺序、高强螺栓施工等方面,阐述了重型大截面桁架拼装、吊装拼接的相关施工技术。The steel structure roof truss of Zhongxin International 12 inch SN1 and SN2 workshop construction project is a long-span space structure.According to its characteristics,the ground assembly,hoisting and high-altitude splicing technology of steel structure engineering are studied.In this paper,the construction technology of heavy-duty truss with large cross-section is expounded from the aspects of truss segmentation,selection of lifting machinery,rational design of lifting points,design and layout of steel benches,truss bodiless stripping and short barge,high-altitude splicing sequence and construction of high-strength bolts.
