摘  要:彩色相纸生产过程中,由于涂布负压系统紊乱,造成涂布液桥的不稳定,会对彩色相纸表观造成发花的弊病,严重影响产品的A极品率,市场投诉率较高。本文重点介绍涂布表观"条道花""雨点花"的成因与排查措施。通过对涂布负压系统中的关键设备--负压腔的改造,将双腔结构改为组合单腔结构,并重新校正后负压挡板与涂布辊的间隙,有效的稳定了涂布负压,控制了彩色相纸表观"条道发花"的生产问题;冬季生产因为气候干燥,现场湿度偏低,纸基运行过程中产生较大静电值等因素,导致涂布表观"雨点发花"质量问题;问题通过提高现场湿度,涂布前更换导电铝辊等措施,有效的控制了彩色相纸表观"雨点发花"的生产问题;达到了提高产品质量,满足市场需求的最终目的。In the process of color paper production,due to the coating negative pressure system disorder,resulting in the coating liquid bridge instability,will cause the color paper appearance of the flowers,seriously affect the product a best rate,the market complaint rate is high.this paper focuses on the causes and investigation measures of the apparent "streaks" and "raindrops".through the transformation of the key equipment in the negative pressure coating system -- negative pressure cavity,the double cavity structure was changed into a combined single cavity structure,and the gap between the negative pressure baffle and the coating roller was rectification,the negative pressure coating was effectively stabilized,and the production problem of "strip pattern" on the color photographic paper was controlled.in winter,due to dry climate,low field humidity and large electrostatic value in the operation of paper base,the apparent quality problem of "raindrop hairiness" in coating is caused.through measures such as increasing the field humidity and replacing the conductive aluminum roller before coating,the production problem of "raindrop hairspray" on the surface of color photographic paper is effectively controlled. achieve the ultimate goal of improving product quality and meeting market demand.
