摘　　要：为适应经济社会和科研事业发展需求,进一步推动科研事业单位管理水平,提升科研实力,建立和完善了科研事业单位绩效评价体系并将绩效评价纳入到科研创新评价体系中。经实践验证,该体系对于提高科研事业单位的科研管理水平,改善科研管理工作具有重要的促进作用。In order to adapt to the development requirement of economy,society and scientific research,and push the management level of the Scientific Research Institutions further to enhance the research strength,the performance evaluation system in the Scientific Research Institutions was put forward.The thought and framework of establishment and perfection of this system was introduced in this paper,which integrated the performance evaluation concepts creatively,and adopted the performance evaluation into the science and technology innovation evaluation system.As proven in practice,the performance evaluation system could effectively improve and upgrade the management level in research and development of the Scientific Research Institutions.
