摘  要:压电自适应微细电火花加工过程中有时存在短路、拉弧等非正常加工现象,导致加工效率低、电极损耗大。为了提高加工效率,实现加工过程自动化,基于压电自适应微细电火花加工原理,针对微细孔及二维结构的加工开发了相应的控制方法,并将其应用于自主研制的压电自适应微细电火花加工机床及其数控系统,进行了相关实验。结果表明,开发的控制算法满足压电自适应微细电火花加工要求,实现了加工过程自动化,提高了加工效率。Piezoelectric self-adaptive micro electro-discharge machining(EDM)exists sometimes abnormal phenomena such as short circuiting and arcing,which causes low machining efficiency and high electrode wear.Based on the principle of piezoelectric self-adaptive micro EDM,control methods of micro-hole and two-dimensional structure is developed in order to improve machining efficiency and achieve automatic machining.These control methods were used for independently developed piezoelectric self-adaptive micro EDM machine tool,and we did some relevant experiments.These results show that control methods can satisfy machining requests,achieve automatic machining and improve the machine efficiency of piezoelectric self-adaptive micro EDM.
