摘  要:为解决电解加工阵列变截面凹坑结构的轮廓精度与加工稳定性,提出了端面侧流式和径向中间内喷式两种不同的供液方式,利用COMSOL仿真软件对两种供液方式的流场进行建模与仿真,并进行验证试验,分析了不同供液方式对电解加工阵列变截面凹坑结构的影响。结果表明:径向中间内喷式供液可以显著提高电解加工阵列变截面凹坑结构的轮廓精度与加工过程稳定性,可获得轮廓较一致的阵列变截面凹坑。In order to solve the contour accuracy and processing stability of ECM array pit structure with variable cross-section,two kinds of liquid supply modes called end-side flow mode and radial middle injection mode were proposed.Using COMSOL simulation software,the flow field of two electrolyte feeding modes were modeled and simulated,and the verification tests were carried out to analyze the effects of different feeding modes on the pit structure of electrolyte processing array with variable cross-section.The results show that the radial middle injection mode can significantly improve the contour accuracy and process stability of ECM array pits,and the array pits with uniform contour were obtained.
