摘 要:以六角型子午胎四圈挤出缠卷生产线为研究对象,钢丝经挤出机机头覆胶后,通过生产线速度、挤出机机头压力等工艺参数变化研究各根钢丝以及生产线的不同位置处钢丝覆胶的质量及其变化。结果表明:机头压力对钢丝覆胶具有积极作用,合理的生产线速度有助于提升钢丝覆胶质量。这为后续挤出机机头流道的优化设计及生产工艺的优化提供了有效基础。The four-ring extrusion winding production line of hexagonal radial tires as the research object, after the steel wire covered by the extruder head, the quality and variation of the steel wire coating at different positions are studied through the change of the process parameters such as the production line speed and the head pressure of the extruder. The results showed that the head pressure has a positive effect on the steel wire coating, and the reasonable production line speed helps to improve the quality of the steel wire coating. This provides an effective basis for the optimization of the extruder head runner and the production process.
