苏木色素对天丝织物直接染色研究

摘　　要：本研究采用正交实验,讨论了温度、时间、染液质量分数、pH四个因素对苏木色素直接上染天丝织物的影响。结果表明,植物染料苏木可以直接上染天丝织物,直接染色最佳工艺为:染色时间40min,染色温度40℃,染液质量分数2X/3,染液pH=6。Orthogonal test is adopted in this paper ,The effects of four factors on temperature time concentration and pH were discussed to hematoxylin direct dyeing to tencel fabric.The results Show ,hematoxylin can direct dyeing to tencel fabric,Direct dyeing process : dyeing time 40min, dyeing temperature 40℃,dye liquor concentration 2X/3, liquor pH=6.
