摘　　要：针对400米标准塑胶田径场改造工程的投资控制,从项目设计服务费用、设计工程材料选用、编制招标控制价、招标投标投资控制、施工过程投资控制等方面提出了相应的控制措施,改造工程运用这些措施后,达到了预期的投资控制目标。This paper researches on the investment control of renovation project of a 400 meters standard plastic track-and-field ground,puts forward the corresponding control strategies to realize control objectives from several aspects,including the cost of project design service,selection of engineering materials,compilation of tender control price,investment control in tendering and biding,and investment control in construction process. With these measures,the project has achieved the expected investment control objectives.
