摘  要:大牛地气田为典型的“低压、低产、低孔、低渗、低丰度”致密砂岩气藏,气井普遍产水。随着开发的深入,地层能量逐渐衰竭,气井压力、产量不断降低,井筒积液水淹问题日益凸显。目前,针对井筒严重积液导致水淹的油套连通气井,现场已形成邻井高压气举、液氮气举、制氮气举、多井联合气举、井口排液气举、套管充压气举、邻井借气气举等七种气举复产方法。但对于井筒严重积液导致水淹的油套不连通气井,尚无有效的配套复产工艺。为此,选取3口严重水淹且油套不连通的气井开展了“连续油管+液氮气举”组合复产试验,并进行了经济效果评价。现场应用表明,3口水淹井均一次性成功复产、成功率为100%。经济评价显示,3口水淹井复产后日增产量33275m^3、累计增产量844.9484×10^4m^3,累计创效980.1401万元,投入产出比为1:19,经济效益显著。Daniudi gasfield is a typical tight sandstone gas reservoir with the characteristics of "low pressure, low production, low porosity, low permeability and low abundance". Its gas wells generally produce water. With further exploration and development of Daniudi gasfield, the formation energy is dropping, the pressure and production are getting worse, the problem of wellbore accumulation and water-flooded become more and more serious. At present, for the water-flooded wells which the tuning and annular are connected, there are common-used reproduction technologies including high pressure from adjacent wells gas lift, liquid nitrogen gas lift, nitrogen-making car gas lift, multiple-well compound gas lift, wellhead liquid discharge and gas lift, annular surge pressure drop, casing boosting gas lift and gas from adjacent wells gas lift. However, for the water-flooded wells which the tuning and annular are disconnected, there is no matching reproduction technology. So, taking three water-flooded wells with tubing-casing disconnection and serious accumulation as examples, we implemented an experimental reproduction combining coiled tubing and liquid nitrogen gas lift, and evaluated its economic effect. Results show that the three wells obtain a success ratio of 100 %, illustrating this reproduction has a better effect. In addition, our evaluation also reveals that, its application also gains obvious benefits, such as the daily and cumulative incremental production of both 33 275 m^3 and 844.948 4×10^4m^3, the created benefits of RMB 9 801 401, and the input-output ratio of 1:19, respectively.
