摘  要:随着长庆气田开发时间的不断延长,气井在生产过程中表现出不同程度的井筒腐蚀结垢和近井地带储层堵塞现象,严重影响气井的携液能力和井下测试作业及产能的有效发挥,导致气井产量快速下降甚至关停,影响气井最终采收率。本文从长庆气区气井的结垢机理研究入手,对比分析油气田常用除垢方法的优缺点,最终优选化学除垢方法,通过不同区域地质特征和垢物成分分析,有针对性的优化除垢药剂配方并在长庆气区开展了现场试验,取得了显著地增产效果。As the development of Changqing gasfield, lots of gas wells showed different degrees of wellbore corrosion and scaling, and different degrees of reservoir blockage phenomena near wellbore area, severe impact on the liquid carrying capacity and productive capacity of gas well. The routine gas well testing operations cannot conduct conventional. Gas well production is rapidly declining or even shutting down, and the final recovery rate is seriously affected. Starting with the scaling mechanism of Changqing gasfield, the advantages and disadvantages commonly used scale removal methods in oil and gas fields is compared. Finally,the chemical descaling method is selected. Meanwhile, through the study and analysis of geological characteristics and scale composition in different regions, we make an optimization on the formula for descaling agents. The chemical descaling technology was put forward into Changqing gasfield site and got a good result.
