基于癌毒理论探讨攻毒类中药在恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：癌毒是导致恶性肿瘤发生、转移和预后的重要致病机理,贯穿于恶性肿瘤发生的各个环节,是恶性肿瘤治疗过程中需要处理的关键问题。癌毒理论是各家综合恶性肿瘤发生的病因、病机及症状等若干因素而形成的系统理论,主张恶性肿瘤的形成以癌毒为患,兼加他邪。攻毒治法则是基于癌毒理论而采取的肿瘤常用治法之一,即是采用攻毒类中药,以清热解毒、活血化瘀、破血消瘕、豁痰开瘀、软坚散结、消积导滞、通里攻下、祛腐蚀疮和拔毒生肌等法治疗恶性肿瘤。通过举隅常用相关攻毒类中药,探讨其在多种恶性肿瘤治疗中的内服及外用情况。Cancer Toxin is an important pathogenic mechanism related to the occurrence,metastasis and prognosis of malignant tumors.It is a key problem that needs to be dealt with during the treatment of malignant tumors.Cancer toxin is a systematic theory formed by several factors such as the etiology,pathogenesis and symptoms of various malignant tumors.It is advocated that the formation of malignant tumors is caused by cancer toxin and other pathogenic factors.Therapy of counteracting toxic substances is one of the commonly used treatments for cancer based on the theory of cancer toxin,in which Chinese medicinal of counteracting toxic substances are often used with the methods of clearing away heat and toxic materials,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,removing blood stasis and disintegrating masses,eliminating phlegm and blood stasis,softening and disintegrating masses,removing food retention and distension,obstruction-removing with purgatives,removing carrion and erosing skin ucler,and drawing out poison and generating muscles.Through citing the Chinese medicinal of counteracting toxic substances,the study explored its internal and external application in the treatment of a variety of malignant tumors,in order to provide medication ideas for the clinical treatment of malignant tumors.
