摘　　要：本文利用2016年鄂粤两省农民工家庭生计调查数据,从家庭总收入和结构性收入双重视角,探讨基础教育和就业行业对未完全汇合农民工家庭收入的影响机理。研究结果表明,基础教育和非农就业行业均有利于农民工家庭收入水平的提高,但二者仅通过打工经商收入提高家庭总收入水平,接受过基础教育的家庭更易于脱离农业生产,虽然损失了转移性收入,但总体上有利于家庭资源配置的改进。政府应适时将农村义务教育年限从9年延长至12年,并以新型城镇化建设为契机,因地制宜地发展本地产业,改革涉农补贴制度,完善相关法律法规,为农民工家庭的转移性收入和财产性收入创造新的增长点。Based on the data from the household survey of migrant workers in Hubei and Guangdong provinces in 2017, this paper studies the influence mechanism of basic education and employment industries on the household income of migrant workers in incomplete convergence from the perspective of both the total household income and the structural income. The result shows that both basic education and non-farm employment industries are conducive to the improvement of the household income level, but they only increase the total income when the migrant workers get employed in towns or cities or start their own business. Families that have received basic education are more likely to be divorced from agricultural production, although the “transfer income” has been lost, it is generally beneficial to the improvement of the household resource allocation. The government should extend the rural compulsory education period from 9 to 12 years. It is necessary and significant to take the new urbanization construction as an opportunity to develop local industries, reform the agricultural-related subsidy system, improve related laws and regulations, and create new growth areas for the household transfer income and property income of migrant workers.
