摘　　要：外泌体是一种由细胞分泌的膜性囊泡体,具有源细胞性、靶向性及生理病理调节性,可作为相应器官之间沟通的媒介。为了实现中医证候的客观化,利用现代医学提供的物质基础,促进中医证候的微观辨证,我们通过外泌体这一物质基础,以中医"浊毒"理论基础为契入点,探讨浊毒与外泌体之间的关联,运用中医多层次、多靶点的特点,从而达到防治尿毒症心肌病的功效。Exosome is a membranous vesicle secreted by cells.It has the characteristics of source cell,targeting and physiological and pathological regulation.It can be used as a communication medium between the corresponding organs.In order to realize the objectification of TCM syndromes,to make use of the material basis provided by modern medicine and to promote the micro-differentiation of TCM syndromes,we discuss the relationship between Turbid Toxin and secretion through the material basis of exosome and the theoretical basis of"turbid toxin"of TCM,and apply the characteristics of multi-level and multi-target of TCM,and finally to achieve the effect of prevention and treatment of uremic cardiomyopathy.
