宁心安神法联合盐酸舍曲林分散片对抑郁症患者睡眠质量的影响  

Effects of Ningxin Anshen Therapy Combined with Sertraline Hydrochloride Dispersible Tablet on Sleep Quality in Patients with Depression

摘　　要：目的:观察宁心安神中药组方联合盐酸舍曲林分散片对抑郁症患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取在2016年2月-2017年12月我院就诊的104例抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者为研究对象,所有研究对象均符合纳入标准。随机分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组给予盐酸舍曲林分散片治疗;观察组给予中药宁心安神中药组方联合盐酸舍曲林分散片治疗。两组均维持治疗方案治疗3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分(PSQI)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对抑郁程度评分,比较两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前两组PSQI评分无明显差异,P>0.05,治疗后观察组PSQI总分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;治疗后观察组HAMD评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;两组不良反应情况对比,无明显差异。结论:宁心安神中药组方联合盐酸舍曲林分散片对治疗抑郁症患者睡眠障碍疗效显著,可有效改善抑郁症患者的睡眠质量,同时可减轻患者的抑郁程度,提高抑郁症患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Ningxin Anshen Chinese herbal formula combined with sertraline hydrochloride dispersible tablets on sleep quality in patients with depression.Methods:One hundred and four patients with depression with sleep disorders who were admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects,and all the subjects met the inclusion criteria.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,52 cases each group.The control group was treated with sertraline dispersible tablets,while the observation group was treated with Ningxin Anshen Chinese herbal formula combined with sertraline hydrochloride dispersible tablets.Both groups maintained the treatment plan for 3 months.To observe the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale(PSQI)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores before and after treatment in the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in PSQI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the total score of PSQI in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the HAMD score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant.There is no significant difference between the two groups of adverse reactions.Conclusion:The Ningxin Anshen Chinese herbal formula combined with Sertraline hydrochloride dispersible tablets has a significant effect on the treatment of depression in patients with depression,which can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients with depression,adjust the sleep cycle,reduce the degree of depression in patients and improve the patients with depression quality of life.
