摘  要:目的分析不同产地及引种地裂叶荆芥全草和花穗中3种挥发油成分的含量差异,为裂叶荆芥的质量控制和种质引种提供评价依据。方法采用HPLC法分别测定陕西永寿和河北安国2个产地及从河北安国引种至陕西永寿的裂叶荆芥全草和花穗中胡薄荷酮、齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量。色谱柱:HypersilODS2-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);柱温:30℃;进样量:10μL;流速:0.8mL·min^-1;其中胡薄荷酮测定用流动相:甲醇-水(80∶20),紫外检测波长:252nm;齐墩果酸和熊果酸测定用流动相:甲醇-1mL·L^-1磷酸水溶液(85∶15),紫外检测波长:210nm。结果陕西永寿产地的裂叶荆芥全草中3种挥发油成分含量均最高,其中胡薄荷酮含量为10.900mg·g^-1;花穗中3种成分含量均最高的是河北安国产地,分别为47.391,1.431和4.611mg·g^-1;河北安国引种至陕西永寿的裂叶荆芥全草中3种成分含量分别提高了108.3%,19.0%和22.1%。结论以裂叶荆芥全草入药,陕西永寿为最佳种质资源产地和引种地;以裂叶荆芥花穗入药,河北安国产地的裂叶荆芥质量最好。Objective The aim of this study is to analyze the content differences of 3 volatile oil in the herba and spica of Schizonepeta tenuifolia from different areas,which would provide evaluation basis for the quality control and germplasm introduction.Methods The contents of pulegone,oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in different samples were determined by HPLC.The samples were 3 kinds,collected from Shaanxi Yongshou,Hebei Anguo and Shaanxi Yongshou(introduced from Hebei Anguo).The conditions of HPLC were as follows,chromatographic column:Hypersil ODS2-C 18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),column temperature:30℃,injection volume:10μL,flow rate:0.8 mL·min^-1,and the mobile phase and determination wavelength of pulegone were methanol-H2O(80∶20)and 252 nm,respectively,whereas the 2 others were methanol-1 mL·L^-1 H 3 PO 4(85∶15)and 210 nm,respectively.Results The highest content of the 3 volatile oil in herba was the origin of Shaanxi Yongshou,whose pulegone was 10.900 mg·g^-1.Those in the spica from Hebei Anguo were 47.391,1.431 and 4.611 mg·g^-1,respectively.The contents of the 3 components in herba from Shaanxi Yongshou(introduced from Hebei Anguo)increased 108.3%,19.0%and 22.1%,respectively.Conclusion If the herba is used as medicine,the best place of germplasm resource origin and domesticated area is Shaanxi Yongshou.If the spica is used as medicine,the best resource origin is from Hebei Anguo.
