摘  要:针对10kV变压器台区(简称变台)无功补偿电容器组动态投切一体化检测的关键技术问题,从配电一二次设备现场验证需求出发,基于自主设计研发的10kV变台动态负载试验系统,对容量400kVA变台中配置的无功补偿电容器响应时间、涌流等关键参数进行了试验检测,总结分析目前变台在实际运行中无功补偿电容器组投切遇到的问题,结果表明了选择合理的投切逻辑是降低投切响应时间的有效方法,并对变台产品在投切电容器时设置延迟时间的合理性问题提出讨论,对指导一体化变台优化设计以及今后在配电网中的应用具有重要作用。Aiming at the key technical problems of dynamic switching performance detection of reactive power compensation capacitor bank in 10 kV transformer,starting from the on-site verification requirements of power distribution primary and secondary equipment,based on the dynamic load test system of 10 kV column transformer which is independently designed and developed,it tests the key parameters such as response time and inrush current of reactive power compensation capacitor bank in 400kVA transformer.It summarizes and analyzes the actual problems encountered in the dynamic switching performance of reactive power compensation capacitor.The results show that the selection of reasonable switching logic is the right way to reduce the response time.It also discusses the rationality of setting the delay time on column transformer when switching the capacitor.It plays an important role in guiding the optimization of integrated platform design and in the application of distribution networks in the future.
