摘　　要：本文结合甘再水电站运行期安全监测项目现场工作,简要介绍国际水电工程运行期安全监测项目标准化内容,总结运行期安全监测项目的一些共性、特性,根据项目和区域环境具体情况,制定出有针对性的技术、管理办法,即采取标准化的应对措施,探讨分享工作中的一些经验。Combining with the site work of Kamchay Hydropower Station's operation safety monitoring program, this paper briefly introduces the standardization content of international hydropower projects' operation safety monitoring program, summarizes some commonalities and characteristics of the operation safety monitoring program, and formulates targeted technology and management measures according to the specific conditions of the program and regional environment, that is, adopting standardized countermeasures. Some application experience is shared and discussed in this paper.
