摘 要:本文将自主开发的油泥清洗剂与工业清洗剂进行对比评价,并且实验室优化了油泥除油的工艺条件,得到最优的工艺参数为清洗温度70℃,清洗剂加量2000ppm,清洗时间45min。8万吨/年工业应用试验结果表明,油泥经两级清洗后油含量小于1.5%,除油率大于75%。In this study,the self-developed sludge cleaner and industrial cleaner were compared and evaluated,and the process conditions of sludge deoiling were optimized in the laboratory.The optimal process parameters were obtained as follows:cleaning temperature 70℃,cleaning agent dosage 2000 ppm,cleaning time 45 minutes.The industrial application test results of 80,000 tons/year show that the oil content of sludge after two-stage cleaning is less than 1.5%and the oil removal rate is more than 75%.
