摘 要:己二酸是一种非常重要的高分子材料合成单体,其年产量已超过350万吨,并保持着快速的增长。传统的基于石油原料的己二酸生产方法面临着环境污染、原子经济性差等不可持续性问题,为我国化工行业的健康发展带来了隐患和危机。开发绿色高效的生物质基己二酸合成工艺是未来己二酸产业改革的必然方向。本文在简单介绍己二酸传统生产方法的基础上,对比了近年来新兴的生物质基己二酸合成路径,为未来己二酸的绿色合成工艺提供参考。Adipic acid is a worldwide important chemical fiber monomer,with a rapidly increasing annual output over 3.5 million tons.Traditional oil-based adipic acid production is faced with several unsustainable issues,including environmental pollution and low atom economy,which bring crises to the steady development of chemical industry in our country.Therefore,green and efficient adipic acid production based on renewable biomass feedstocks is a must for its future revolution.Here,based on simple inductions of traditional oil-based routes,we compared recent biomass-based synthesis routes of adipic acid,to give insights to the future synthetic process of adipic acid.
