摘  要:采用(UV-O3)/生化/(UV-O3)/活性炭工艺对南通如东沿海工业园区某农药化工厂中间水池水中的难降解有机污染物进行深度处理中试。结果表明:在一级(UV-O3)反应塔采用二级(UV-O3)反应塔尾气,二级(UV-O3)反应塔气液比=4︰1,C(O3)=120mg/L(即臭氧投加量为480g/m^3)的条件下,中试出水COD=30~50mg/L;NH3-N=0~0.5mg/L;TN<15mg/L;TP=0~0.5mg/L;pH=6~9;TDS=2000~4000mg/L。可达《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(G18918-2002)一级A排放标准。经初步核算得,每处理1m3废水需成本1.84~2.22元。该工艺效果稳定,经济实惠。Technology of combining(UV-O3),biochemistry,(UV-O3)and activated carbon adsorption was used to treat the refractory organic pollutants in the wastewater,which was taken from an intermediate pool of a pesticide chemical plant in the rudong coastal industrial park of nantong.The results showed that,under the condition that the primary(UV-O3)reaction tower used the exhaust gas of the secondary(UV-O3)reaction tower,and the gas-liquid ratio and ozone concentration of the secondary(UV-O3)reaction tower was 4:1and 120 mg/L respectively(the amount of ozone added was 480g/m3),the effluent water quality of the pilot-scale test is COD=30~50 mg/L,NH3-N=0~0.5 mg/L,TN<15 mg/L,TP=0~0.5 mg/L,PH=6~9 and TDS=2000~4000 mg/L.the water quality can meet the first-grade A emission standard of standards for pollutant discharge from urban sewage treatment plants(G18918-2002).After preliminary calculation,the cost of treating wastewater is 1.84~2.22 yuan per cubic meter.The process is stable and economical.
